Mocha Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • ⅔ cup Flour, all purpose
  • ¾ cup BiPro BOLD Chocolate Milkshake
  • ⅔ cup Cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan melt butter, sugar, and 1 cup chocolate chips. Once butter and chips are melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Set aside.
  2. Combine flour, BiPro BOLD, cocoa, instant coffee, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.  Set aside. 
  3. In large mixing bowl beat eggs. Slowly add melted chocolate mixture. Add flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Spread batter evenly in greased 9”x13” pan; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
