Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (4oz) unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla BiPro BOLD
  • 1/2 of an Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt
  • About 1 Cup of Ice

Directions

Don't feel guilty with this healthier version of the classic St. Patrick's Day treat. The classic green shake has 78 grams of sugar but this recipe has less than a quarter of the sugar. Plus 35 grams of protein!

  1. Mix BiPro BOLD and unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk in a blender bottle until fully dissolved.
  2. Place avocado, greek yogurt, frozen yogurt, and BiPro BOLD + non-dairy milk mix to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add ~ 1 cup of ice and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
