Ingredients

  • ½ cup (4oz) unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop BiPro ELITE French Vanilla
  • ½ of an Avocado
  • 2 tsp hemp or chia seeds
  • 1 handful fresh spinach (about 1 cup)
  • ¼ tsp Mint extract or ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • About 1 Cup of Ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, enough to drink.
