Minty Shake

Ingredients
- ½ cup (4oz) unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 scoop BiPro ELITE French Vanilla
- ½ of an Avocado
- 2 tsp hemp or chia seeds
- 1 handful fresh spinach (about 1 cup)
- ¼ tsp Mint extract or ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- About 1 Cup of Ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, enough to drink.
