Mexican Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 8oz fat free cream cheese, room temp
- 1 small container plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops BiPro ELITE unflavored
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 5oz fresh spinach
- 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 10oz cans of diced chiles and tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese in a large bowl and stir to combine
3. Transfer mix to a 9x13 baking dish
4. spread remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top of mixture.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes
6. Optional toppings: green onions, jalepeno slices, black olives, fresh tomatoes, cilantro
7. Serve warm with chips, veggies, or bread rounds
