Ingredients

  • 1½ Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Saltine Crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 Cup BiPro Whey Protein isolate, Unflavored
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except brown sugar and ketchup.
  2. Place in greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf (5×9 inches) in a baking pan.
  3. Combine brown sugar and ketchup and spread over loaf.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
