Matcha White Chocolate Protein Cups

Ingredients

  • MATCHA LAYER:
  • 2oz white chocolate
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1/2 scoop BiPro Elite French Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 T & 1 tsp roughly crushed pistachios
  • 6 silicone or paper baking cups
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE LAYER:
  • 2oz white chocolate
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1/2 scoop BiPro Elite French Vanilla Protein Powder

Directions

MATCHA LAYER

1.     Add the white chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in increments of 20 seconds, stirring each time.
2.     Stir in the BiPro Elite French Vanilla protein powder and matcha powder.
3.     Add 2 Tbsp crushed pistachios and spoon mixture evenly into 6 cups.

 

WHITE CHOCOLATE LAYER

1.     Add the white chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in increments of 20 seconds, stirring each time.
2.     Stir in the BiPro Elite French Vanilla protein powder.
3.     Spoon over matcha layer and sprinkle remaining 1 tsp crushed pistachios over cups.
4.     Refrigerate until set, at least 2-3 hours.
