Maple Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla BiPro RENEW
  • 1 medium banana (peeled & frozen)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or dairy milk)
  • 1 tbsp flax seed (whole or ground)
  • 1/8 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add a few ice cubes to increase thickness if desired.

3. Pour into cup and enjoy!
