Lemon-Ginger Recovery Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Lemon BiPro Protein Water
  • 1-inch piece Fresh ginger root
  • 1-2 tsp. Honey or maple syrup
  • ⅛ - ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tea bag, green or black (with or without caffeine depending on tolerance)

Directions

  1. Pour BiPro protein water in a small pot and place over medium heat.
  2. Cut ginger root into small pieces and add to protein water; stir in sweetener and salt.
  3. Bring protein water to a boil and add tea of choice. Let steep for 3-5 minutes or desired strength.
  4. Drink immediately or store in a thermos to keep warm.
