Lemon Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup BiPro RENEW Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • Juice of 1 Lemon (Approx. 2 Tbsp) + Zest to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed

Form batter into balls

Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes

Serve and enjoy! Protein balls may be covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
