Lemon Chiffon Dessert

  • ¾ cup Boiling water
  • 1 package Sugar free lemon gelatin mix
  • 1 cup Lemon BiPro Protein Water
  • 8 ounces Light cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 scoop BiPro Whey Protein, unflavored
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 cups Whipped topping


  1. Combine boiling water and lemon gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved. Stir in Lemon BiPro Protein Water. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat light cream cheese, lemonade concentrate, BiPro unflavored and lemon zest until well combined.
  3. Stir in gelatin mixture and mix well. Chill until thickened but not set.
  4. Fold whipped topping into thickened gelatin mixture and pour a lightly greased 6-cup gelatin mold, 8 individual molds or dessert dishes, or graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill until firm. Remove from molds before serving.

Note: Nutrition information was calculated using sugar-free gelatin mix and light cream cheese. Gelatin mix with sugar and other types of cream cheese can be used, but nutrition facts will be affected.
