Key Lime Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk or milk alternative
  • 1 container (6-8 oz) Light Key Lime Yogurt
  • ½ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored
  • ¼ cup Frozen Limeade Concentrate

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

*Option: Add ice cubes for a frosty consistency.
