Keto Friendly Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 scoop BiPro protein powder - Vanilla, chocolate, or Unflavored
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 4 oz cold milk
- Toppings of your choice (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)
Directions
- Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper wrapping over the sides.
- Dissolve BiPro and milk in a shaker cup and pour into a medium pot.
- Heat on medium while stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.
- Add melted coconut oil and peanut butter into the pot.
- Stir until fully combined and it begins to thicken 1-2 minutes.
- Pour fudge mixture into pan. Add toppings and allow to cool in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes or until set.
- Pull up parchment paper ends to remove from baking pan and cut into 12 servings.
