Keto Friendly Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • ½ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 scoop BiPro protein powder - Vanilla, chocolate, or Unflavored
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 4 oz cold milk
  • Toppings of your choice (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.)

Directions

  1. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper wrapping over the sides.
  2. Dissolve BiPro and milk in a shaker cup and pour into a medium pot.
  3. Heat on medium while stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add melted coconut oil and peanut butter into the pot.
  5. Stir until fully combined and it begins to thicken 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour fudge mixture into pan. Add toppings and allow to cool in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Pull up parchment paper ends to remove from baking pan and cut into 12 servings.
