Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1¾ Cups Hot Water

Directions

  1. Mix together flour, BiPro, sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth and spread evenly in a greased 9 inch pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder. Sprinkle over batter in pan. Pour hot water over batter.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until center is just about set. Let cool slightly before serving.
