High Protein Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 16oz can reduced-sodium chickpeas
  • 3oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops BiPro ELITE Unflavored
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 medium cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas 
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor
  3. Blend until smooth (approximately 1 minute)
  4. Top with olive oil and fresh herbs if desired
