High Protein Hummus

Ingredients
- 16 oz. can reduced-sodium chickpeas
- 3 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops BiPro ELITE Unflavored
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 medium cloves of garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Rinse and drain chickpeas
2. Add all ingredients to food processor
3. Blend until smooth (around 1 minute)
4. Top with olive oil and fresh herbs if desired
