  • 1 lb Ground Beef, extra lean
  • ⅓ cup BiPro Whey Protien, natural unflavored
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Mushrooms, sliced*
  • 1 small Green Bell Pepper, chopped*
  • 2 oz Pepperoni, sliced*
  • ¼ cup Black Olives, sliced*
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded


  1. Mix beef, BiPro Whey Protein, egg, oregano and salt; press evenly against bottom and sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle mushrooms, bell pepper, pepperoni and olives on top of meat crust. Pour pizza sauce over toppings.
  3. Bake at 400°F, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in center and juice is clear; carefully drain.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is light brown. Let pie stand 5 minutes before cutting.

*Note: Other vegetables and meats can be used depending on personal preference.
