Ham and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Ham, diced
  • 2 Cups Broccoli, frozen
  • 1 Pkg (6 oz) Seasoned Croutons
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Skim Milk or milk alternative
  • ¼ Cup BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • ½ Cup Salad Dressing (i.e. Miracle Whip)
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tsp Dried Basil

Directions

  1. Layer ham, broccoli, croutons and cheese in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs, milk and BiPro until well blended. Add salad dressing, mustard and basil. Mix well. Pour over baking dish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Bake at 350°F, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until center is set.
