Pizza Crust - Gluten-Free

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Rice Flour
  • 2 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, natural unflavored
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2.  Mix dry ingredients.
  3.  Add water and oil and mix well.
  4. Pat into a 13 inch greased pizza pan.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes and add toppings; continue baking until hot throughout and cheese is melted.
