Gluten-Free Rice Flour Noodles

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ½ cup Potato Flour
  • ⅓ cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl 3-4 times.
  2. Make a well in center and add egg and oil.
  3. Mix together to form a stiff dough.
  4. Use floured hands to knead into a smooth ball.
  5. Roll, on floured board, out as thin a possible and cut into noodles.
  6. Can be cooked till al dente (about 10 min), or frozen uncooked for future use.
