Pancakes - Gluten-Free

  • 2 cups Gluten free flour blend
  • 4 Tbsp BiPro, natural unflavored
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1½ C Milk


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients. Add more milk (or water) if needed to achieve desired consistency (amount to add will vary depending on gluten free flour blend being used).
  3. Scoop batter onto preheated pan or griddle.  Cook about 1½ minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface.  Turn pancakes and cook 1-1½ minutes more.
