Gluten-Free Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn Flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Potato Starch
  • 3 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein Isolate, Unflavored
  • 1½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Milk or Milk Alternative

Directions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients.
  2. Beat eggs. Add milk and oil and mix well.
  3. Fold the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  4. Spread into a greased 8 inch square pan and bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or divid into 12 greased muffin cups and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
