Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ⅔ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Rice Flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, natural unflavored
  • ¼ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add oil, then the dry ingredients.
  4. Blend together.
  5. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
