Gingerbread Bites

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups Walnut pieces
  • ¾ cup Quick oats
  • 1 cup Dates, whole
  • ½ cup BiPro Whey Protein Powder, Unflavored orFrench Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Molasses

Directions

  1. Place walnut pieces and oats in food processor. Pulse until broken into very small pieces.
  2. Add dates and pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and process until a thick cookie dough texture is reached. If needed, add water 1 teaspoon at time until desired texture is reached.
  4. Form into 18 balls and refrigerate in an air-tight container.
