Ginger Lime Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can low sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 scoops BiPro Elite unflavored
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 in fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 medium lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. grate ginger, zest and juice lime

2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth

3. Serve chilled: garnish with more lime zest and cilantro

4. Serve warm: top with mozzarella and broil in the oven

for 2 minutes
