Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skim Milk or milk alternative
  • 1/3 cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • ¼ cup Bananas, mashed
  • 2 tsp Zero-calorie sweetener of choice
  • 3 Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Blend milk, BiPro Whey Protein, raspberries, bananas, sweetener and ice cubes in a blender for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.

**Option: Replace raspberries and bananas with ½ cup of the fruit of your choice.
