Fruit & Nut Bar – Cashew Date

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups Dates, whole pitted
  • ¼ cup Cashews
  • ⅔ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored
  • 1-2 Tbsp Water

Directions

  1. Place dates in food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add cashews and pulse several times.
  4. Place date/cashew mixture into mixing bowl.
  5. Add BiPro Whey Protein.
  6. Mix on low speed until evenly incorporated, adding water only as needed to aid mixing.
  7. Press mixture into a lightly greased 8”x4” loaf pan.
  8. Let sit 15 minutes. Cut into 6 bars.
  9. Wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper.
