Ingredients

  • ¼ cup BiPro Whey Protein, natural Unflavored
  • ¼ cup Zero-calorie sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Evaporated Milk
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Banana

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix for 30 seconds or until well blended.
  3. Pour into an ice cube tray or other freezer safe container.
  4. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Thaw for 10 minutes before eating.
