Frozen Cappuccino Pops

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups Skim milk or milk alternative
  • ½ cup BiPro Whey protein: French Vanilla or chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar or flavored coffee syrup (chocolate, hazelnut, etc.)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp Instant Coffee (to taste) if using French vanilla BiPro

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in shaker cup or blender and shake or pulse until completely mixed.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze at least 5 hours.
