Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Old fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup Eggnog
  • 1 scoop/packet BiPro whey protein, French Vanilla or BiPro unflavored
  • 1½ tsp Chia seeds
  • ⅛ tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into an airtight container or jar.
  3. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
