  • 4 cups Apples, tart, sliced*
  • ⅓ cup Zero-calorie sweetener brown sugar blend**
  • ⅓ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¾ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp Nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup BiPro Whey Protein, Unflavored
  • ⅓ cup Smart Balance® Spread**


  1. Arrange apples in greased 8 inch square pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over apples.
  3. Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender. Serve warm and, if desired, with whipped cream or ice cream.
  4. *Note: Other seasonal fruits (4 cups) can be used instead of apples.
