Date Fudge Truffles

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 scoops BiPro ELITE Chocolate
  • 1 T cocoa powder
  • 1 T coconut oil, melted
  • 2 T cashew butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 T unsweetened vanilla almond milk


1.    Add dates to a food processor and blend until they come together in a  ball.
2.    Add in the rest of the ingredients except almond milk
3.    Pulse until mixture is crumbly and well combined.
4.    Add almond milk 1/2 Tbsp at a time and blend until dough looks smooth.
5.    Dough will be sticky (coat hands in coconut oil if desired), roll into bite-size pieces and drop into cocoa powder, rolling to coat.
6.    Place truffles in sealed container and refrigerate for at least one hour to help firm dough. Keep refrigerated until serving.
