Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chickpeas (1 can, drained, 250g after draining)
  • 1 cup of medjool dates (150g)
  • 1 scoop of Unflavored or Vanilla BiPro Whey Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup of nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly.
  2. Add all ingredients into a food processor, except the chocolate chips.
  3. Blend until very smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or simply eat with a spoon!
