Chocolate Protein Granola

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3 Tbsp. BiPro whey protein isolate, Chocolate (Add more or less for personal preference to taste)
  • 4 egg whites
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • Cooking Spray


  1. Mix the oats and the chocolate protein into a bowl.
  2. Combine peanut butter and egg whites with a wire whisk in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour it into the oat mixture.
  4. Mix well until all oats are nicely coated.
  5. Crumble onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, stir to break up any large pieces and return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Cool on pan, stirring occasionally.
  9. Store in an airtight container.

Note: Other nut butters can be used, if desired.
Sweetener can also be added, if desired.
