Chocolate Protein Banana “Nice Cream”

  • 3oz or about 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop BiPro Elite Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 T cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 T creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: berries, sprinkles, oats, chocolate chips, banana slices


  1. 1.    Peel and slice bananas, place in a sealed container in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
    2.    Combine almond milk and BiPro in a cup with a lid and shake until hydrated.
    3.    Add bananas, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla, and milk mixture to a food processor or high speed blender.
    4.    Pulse to slowly breakdown bananas, then blend on high until smooth.
    5.    More milk can be added 1 Tbsp at a time to thin if desired.
    6.    Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or put in a sealed container and freeze for up to two hours for scoopable ice cream.
