  • 1 Banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1 cup Skim milk or milk alternative
  • 1 scoop/packet BiPro whey protein, chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa
  • ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • ½ cup Crushed ice, if desired


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
