Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup BiPro®, Unflavored, Whey Protein Isolate
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour, BiPro whey protein isolate, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter and vanilla extract in a bowl until creamy. Add egg and beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove to wire racks to finish cooling.
