Chocolate Chip Almond Oat Bar

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Almond butter (or other nut butter of preference)
  • 1/3 cup Agave syrup or honey
  • 7 scoops BiPro®, French Vanilla, Whey Protein Isolate
  • 2 cups Quick oats
  • 1/3 cup Sliced almonds (or other chopped nuts of preference)
  • ¼ cup Miniature chocolate chips (or chopped dried fruit)
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Water

Directions

  1. Mix together almond butter and agave syrup until smooth.
  2. Add BiPro French Vanilla whey protein isolate, oats, almonds and chocolate chips and mix well.
  3. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time, while mixing, until a stiff dough is formed.
  4. Press into a lightly greased 8 or 9 inch square pan.
  5. Let set 1 hour before cutting into 12 bars.
  6. Wrap bars individually and store in the refrigerator.

A heavy-duty stand mixer is recommended for this recipe.
