  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Scoops BiPro, Chocolate, Whey Protein Isolate


  1. Mix together. Cover and refrigerate until thick (2-3 hours or overnight), stirring occasionally.
  2. Top with toasted nuts or fruit.

Note: Use BiPro French Vanilla for vanilla chia pudding. Or try BiPro unflavored and add 1-2 tsp honey and a dash of cinnamon. The options are endless.
