Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 12 large Mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Removed stems from mushrooms; discard or reserve for another use.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients until combined; spoon into mushroom caps.
  4. Place mushrooms, filling side up, in shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Serve warm.
