Cauliflower Pizza Crust

  • 1 Bag (340g) frozen riced cauliflower (no salt added)
  • 1 1/2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 Cup shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Scoop Unflavored BiPro Elite


  1. Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave riced cauliflower according to package instructions. Let sit to allow the cauliflower to cool.
  3. Once cooled, transfer the cauliflower to a linen tea towel or cheesecloth, using it to wring out as much water as possible
  4. Transfer the wrung out cauliflower to a large bowl and add the cheeses, unflavored BiPro, and baking powder. Stir well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and press into an 11-12 inch circle.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are brown and crust is crisp.
  7. Remove crust from oven and top with desired pizza toppings*.
  8.  Bake an additional 10 minutes.
