Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup diced carrots (Use frozen sliced carrots for convenience)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 t ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 scoop Bold Creamy Vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with shredded coconut and walnuts if desired.
