Caramel Apple Dip

  • 16 pieces Caramels, wrapped
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 8 ounces Neufchâtel Cheese (light cream cheese), softened
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • ½ cup BiPro, unflavored, Whey Protein Isolate


  1. Unwrap caramels and place in small saucepan with water. Heat over medium-low heat until melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  2. Cream together cream cheese, brown sugar and BiPro. Stir in caramel mixture and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Note: Good with a variety of fruits including tart apple slices, grapes, banana slices, strawberries and pineapple.
