Brazilian Cheese Bread - Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Tapioca Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  1. Pour butter, water, milk, and salt into a large saucepan and place over high heat.
  2. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately, and stir in tapioca flour, garlic, and BiPro until smooth.
  3. Set mixture aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in cheese and egg and mix well.
  5. Form tablespoon size balls with tapioca floured hands and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake in 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
