Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1.5 cups non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • about 1 inch. Fresh ginger root
  • 3 cups frozen, unsweetened blueberries
  • 2 scoops or packets Vanilla BiPro protein powder

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into 3 portions and serve immediately or store in freezer and thaw before serving.
