Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops BiPro BOLD Creamy Vanilla (or Chocolate Milkshake)
  • Optional Add-Ins: Cinnamon, Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, Coconut, Raisins, etc.


  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the 3 bananas. Add peanut butter and with a whisk or electric mixer, beat for a few minutes or until smooth
  3. Add oats and protein powder. Mix well.
  4. Drop by rounded spoonful onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 8-13 minutes or until they feel firm. NOTE - they will not brown like a regular chocolate chip cookie.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
