Banana Oat Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup Banana, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ⅔ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 5 Tbsp BiPro Whey Protein, Unflavored
  • 2 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together banana, peanut butter, water and vanilla.
  2. Add oats, BiPro and walnuts.
  3. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  4.  Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into cookies (¼-½” thick) on parchment paper lined (or lightly greased) baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool. Store refrigerated.
