Baked Manicotti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey/chicken
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (26oz)
  • 2 scoops BiPro ELITE unflavored
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 20oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp Itaian Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 12 Manicotti shells, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan, for topping

Directions

1. Brown ground turkey & diced onion in a skillet over medium high heat.

2. Stir in marinara sauce & set aside.

3. Mix Filling: drained spinach, cottage cheese, BiPro whey protein, italian seasoning, garlic, and parmesan cheese.

4. Add filling to a piping or sandwich bag.

5. In a 9x13 pan spread about 1/3 of the mariana sauce mixture.

6. Pipe filling into cooked manicotti shells and set on the sauce layer.

7. Pour the rest of the sauce on top of the filled shells and top with remaining 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese.

8. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
