Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup Skim milk or milk alternative
  • 1 scoop/packet French Vanilla or Unflavored BiPro whey protein
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ cup Crushed ice
  • Sweetener, if desired
  • Crushed graham crackers, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Add sweetener and additional spices if desired.
  2. Pour into glass, top with graham crackers, and serve.
