Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup Unflavored BiPro Whey Protein Isolate
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 can(21oz)Apple pie filling
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 cups Skim milk
  • ¼ cup Canola oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine oats, brown sugar, BiPro and cinnamon. Stir in pie filling.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Add to oat mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Pour into greased 3 quart square or 9×13 inch rectangular baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until set at 350°F.
  4. Serve warm in bowls with milk or desired toppings.
