Apple Cider Protein Donuts

Ingredients
- 1 Scoop BiPro BOLD Creamy Vanilla
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. calorie-free sweetener
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a donut pan with pan spray.
2. Whisk together dry ingredients in a separate bowl
3. Whisk together wet ingredients in another bowl
4. Fold to combine.
5. Pipe batter into greased donut pan about half way full.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Empty out of pan and shake with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Makes 10 donuts.
